Oodles of Doodles Class - Tuesday Evenings - March

Break out your pencil crayons and join Bev in the most fun, creative colour work projects that we’ve seen in a long time.

Bev will take you through these five steps toward your doodle cowl, mittens, scarf, sweater, cardigan or any knit you want to doodle!

1. Pick your pattern - browse the basic Doodle patterns and pick one (or more!)
2. Choose your motif  - soooo many Doodles to choose from! https://pacificknitco.com/collections - you can also find all the doodle patterns here on Ravelry
3. Choose yarn and colours - most doodles work best with DK or light worsted weight yarns
4. Do some colouring to get the look you love. https://pacificknitco.com/pages/free-doodle-workbook
5. Pick up your needles to start your doodle!

Students can prepare for their project by breaking open their stash as a doodle project can help clear out some yarn leftovers.

Skills introduced are chart-reading and colourwork.

This is a chance to renew your creative love of knitting!

Class fee: $70
Supplies: 

• enough DK weight yarn in your choice of colours for the pattern you choose
• 16”/40cm circular needles in the size needed for the cowl of your choice
• Please bring a copy of the doodle cowl by Jamie Lomax or other doodle pattern choice available for purchase on Ravelry or the designer’s website.
