Refund policy

If you are not completely satisfied with the product you purchased at our website, you may return it within 60 days from the date of purchase for store credit or exchange. All returns must be in original packaging and accompanied by a copy of the invoice. There are no returns on sale or discounted items, classes, books and needles.
