Embroidered Felt Bird Ornament Class - Tuesday Evenings - November

Learn all about sewing and embellishing felt shapes while making some fabulous bird ornaments! Jen will guide you through making 5 colourful felt birds and then embellishing each one with a different embroidered pattern! Time to get creative!

In this class you’ll learn how to cut and sew small felted shapes by hand, stuffing them and making them into hanging ornaments and a wealth of embroidery stitches to make your birds fancy! If you’ve been interested in learning embroidery, this is the class for you! You’ll have so much fun making these and by the end of class, have 5 festive ornaments ready for the holiday season too.

Supplies needed: 

• A Corinne LaPierre Folk Birds Kit, available for purchase at the store at your first class for $36.50 - it has felt, threads, stuffing and more that you’ll need to complete all 5 birds
• a pair of sharp scissors for cutting felt and thread
