Spend an evening learning the bare basics of brioche stitch. You’ll create a swatch of two-colour brioche stitch worked flat, including increases and decreases. These skills will lend to any project that uses brioche. You need to know how to cast on and off, and knit and purl flat (back and forth).
Skill level: Advanced Beginner
Class fee: $20
Supplies needed:
- 10-20 grams of each of TWO contrasting colours of yarn in fingering/DK/worsted weight
- circular needles 40cm or longer in size 3mm (fingering weight), 4mm (DK weight) or 5mm (worsted weight)
