While knitting the Honey Moss Shawl by Andrea Mowry students will learn about cables and lace stitches, reading a chart and an i-cord bind-off and i-cord edges.
This shawl is knit sideways, increasing along one edge to create an asymmetrical shawl. The first half of the shawl is cables, which then give way to lace once we have built up a larger stitch count. The result is a cozy, squishy shawl perfect for the coming winter months.
