Learn to Crochet/Crocheted Support Emotional Chicken Combo Class - Wednesday Afternoons - September

The Emotional Support Chicken by Annette Corsino is taking the crafting world by storm and we’re excited to have a crocheted version. 

These cute chickens are addictive to make and honestly who doesn’t need a chicken to make life a little better. 

This class will focus on one-piece construction, seaming, and striped colour work. Bernice will supply yarn for the beak and wattle as well as eyes and stuffing.

The intro students will learn basic crochet stitches including chain stitch, slip stitch, single crochet and half double crochet. 

After skill building Bernice will help you start the Brooklyn Hat. 

Skill level: Beginner or Intermediate
Class fee: Learn to Crochet $70, Emotional Chicken $75
Supplies needed:
Beginner students 

• US10.5/5.5mm crochet hook and 
• 1 skein of Estelle Chunky yarn

Emotional Support Chicken students

• worsted weight yarn - 2 colours worsted weight yarn such as Cascade Anthem, Berroco Vintage, Cascade Superwash Wave or Berroco Ultra Wool
• US F/3.75mm crochet hook
• tapestry needle
